The opening ceremony of the Olympic Expo 2019 begun at 3:30pm on Apr 29^th 2019 in The Forbidden City. The entire exposition will be opened to the public two days later.

The Vice chairman of IOC, COC and the Organizing Committee of Beijing Winter Olympic, the Director of the Samaranch Foundation Mr. Yu Zaiqing and other distinguished guests who have made significant contribution to the Expo and Olympic attended the event.

Mr. Yu Zaiqing presented an excellent and passive speech to the audience and the press.

The Olympic Expo was held by IOC and Samaranch Foundation in collaboration with COC and the organizing committee for the Beijing winter Olympics. The Chinese empire factors were synchronized with the Olympic spirit which construct an splendid atmosphere.

                The exposition will be opened to the public on May 1^st lasting for ten days. The exposition will be free if the entrance pass of the Forbidden City was purchased.
